Tin Foil Cap

Read, in the Washington Post this morning, another fellow commenting on an article and using the expression: tin foil cap.
Rather like calling someone a dunce or an idiot (both words describe the person to whom the commentator was referring); but with way cooler language.
Thought that was a pretty cool expression !
